However, they tried to charge me again for this room and then told me that there was a problem with this new room.
At this point we were worried about security measures, refused to stay in such a place, and wanted to receive a refund prior to leaving this atrocious place.
The staff did not seem to understand our concerns at all, and i believe if it were not for travelocity i would not have gotten my money back.
After these issues, i tried calling the hotel to express my concerns about receiving a refund and the staff was unresponsive.
Overall, the staff seemed inadequate, the hotel seemed a mess, and countless other customers were loudly voicing their complaints as we arrived and left.
For a few other notes: those staying at this hotel seemed somewhat sketchy and like i previously mentioned safety was a major concern for me and my friends.
I would not recommend this hotel, and i would definitely not recommend this hotel to those traveling with families.
